"Flexible and accommodating." They were super responsive and worked with us to customize everything to fit our style. From food options to layout changes, nothing was too much to ask.

"Poor communication and planning." We had to chase down responses constantly, and it felt like no one was really in charge. On the day of, some things were late or missing entirely. Very frustrating.
