The Frame Shastra Policy

• The client needs to make an advance payment for the booking, the amount mentioned, on the last day of the shoot. The client shall pay Frame Shastra online, by the pricing table. The initial deposit amount is due before the event starts, and the final payment is due no later than the delivery date. The advance is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• The client will fully pay Frame Shastra for any additional costs associated with this contract, including travel, lodging, meals, and parking fees.

• Frame Shastra will deliver proof photographs to the client within 24 hours of the shoot. The client will then have 3-5 days to provide a written list of the photographs desired for final production and delivery, including format. If the Client is unable to submit any pictures within 15 days from the last date of the shoot, Frame Shastra will select and editing the pictures accordingly. 
  
   
• The client is solely responsible for the success of the shoot. Frame Shastra will in no case be liable for compromised coverage due to lack of space, resources, or participation.

• Frame Shastra has full copyright to all photographs taken during the photography shoot, but grants unlimited, non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to the client to use or reproduce any photographs purchased as final photographs. Frame Shastra may upload pictures/videos or both on Instagram, Facebook, or any other wedding platforms or social media, keeping the client in concern before uploading.

• If the shoot goes on from the desired times given (After 24 Hours). For every 1 hour, the client needs to pay Rs 1,500 for every team member associated with the event.

• The client needs to take full responsibility for the equipment’s been entangled on the event location. If in any case the equipment gets destroyed/ruined (due to external factors like children, adults, pets, decorations, or power surge), Frame Shastra is liable to ask for a compensation.

• If in any case, the client wishes to end the contract from his/her side, then Frame Shastra would be charging: -

1. If the client has provided the confirmation by mail, then Frame Shastra would be charging 30% on the budget mentioned in the proposal.
   
    
2. If the token amount is paid, then Frame Shastra would be 
   charging 40% on the remaining amount as a penalty.

1. If the advance is only paid (i.e., 60%) – then Frame Shastra would be charging 80% on the remaining amount as a penalty.

• Frame Shastra would be providing the name of the teammates (i.e., photographers and videographers) associated with the event, according to the pricing table, the client can request but cannot demand Frame Shastra for any of the particular people getting associated with the project if in any case, the client asks for a change, Frame Shastra would be charging an extra amount.
  
   
• Frame Shastra does not provide printing services; all the albums of Frame Shastra are printed from Canvera. Canvera revises its prices on 31st March and 31st September of a year. The price per sheet may change according to that. The client cannot hold Frame Shastra responsible for the price change. The extra amount of the sheet(s) needs to be paid earlier to the printing process. The pictures submitted by the client for the album will be considered as final production and cannot be removed later after editing.

• Frame Shastra would only be editing the pictures/ videos taken during the shoot, if in any case the client provides with other pictures/videos, Frame Shastra would be charging extra for it, and the client cannot hold Frame Shastra responsible for any mishappenings.

• Frame Shastra would be mailing an agreement to the client before the event starts; the client needs to provide Frame Shastra with an acknowledgment by mail.

• The client needs to provide Frame Shastra with a contact person’s name and phone/mobile number before the event starts. Frame Shastra would only contact him/her for any information regarding the project or shoot.

• If the deliverables need to be couriered outside Bangalore, it would be chargeable. 

• Frame Shastra would provide 3 times free re-editing for pictures & 1-time free re-editing for videos, after that, for each and every re-edit, Frame Shastra would be charging: -

For Pictures: - 
Rs 50 (per picture) 

For Video: - 
Rs 5,000 (Cinematic Video)


 

• In any pandemic situation, Frame Shastra is liable to ask 50% of the last remaining amount. In any case, if the client wishes to pay in full then in that case, then Frame Shastra would be providing 85% of the deliverables to the client.
